We mounted 77 inch displays that anyone can cast to straight from a phone or laptop, so presentations go up in seconds without hunting for cables or adapters. Do you support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms?
Yes. We design and install certified Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, as well as flexible BYOD setups when the client doesn't want to commit to one platform.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Absolutely. We usually do. We coordinate with IT on networking, security, and ongoing administration, and we hand off documentation cleanly when the project closes out.
Will the system work without us having to learn new software?
That's the goal. Most rooms we deliver have a single-button start, a single source-select panel, and behave the same way every meeting. If staff have to think about it, we built it wrong.
Can you standardize AV across several conference rooms?
Yes, and it is some of our favorite work. We pick one platform and one control layout, then roll it out so every room behaves the same way and staff never have to relearn a room.
How long does a typical conference room install take?
Most single rooms are a day or two on site once the gear is in. Multi-room rollouts we schedule in phases so we are never taking all of your meeting space offline at once.
